How to Apply:

1. To start the application process, click this link and select the Apply Now (Create an Account) button. Fill out the required information to create an account. You will then be presented with a page asking you to input the applicant's name and grade level. Under Requirements to be Completed, select View/Edit next to the New Student Application 2025-26 to complete the application. A non-refundable fee of $25 is required with each application before submission.

2. After applying, you will receive an email confirmation. We will contact you via email and/or phone to schedule an interview/screening in the following weeks.

3. Look for an email regarding an admissions decision in mid-February

4. New Family Information Packet will be emailed in March with Tuition Information and Important Dates, etc. 

5. Full Tuition payment or arrangement is due by May 1, 2026.
   
   

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1. You cannot autofill information from your browser onto the application; it will give you an error or not allow you to submit the application. Please enter all information manually.

2. Only one account is required per family.

3. Grade/Age Eligibility: According to Louisiana RS 17:151.3, the applicant must be at least four years of age by September 30th in order to enter Pre-Kindergarten Four (Pre-K4/PK4), and five years of age by September 30th to enter Kindergarten (K). Additionally, Pre-Kindergarten Four (Pre-K4/PK4) and Kindergarten (K) applicants must be potty-trained. All nursery applicants must be at least eight weeks of age before entering the program. Pre-Kindergarten One (Pre-K1/PK1) applicants must be at least one year old by September 30th AND be weaned off the pacifier. Pre-Kindergarten Two (Pre-K2/PK2) applicants must be at least two years old by September 30th AND be weaned off the pacifier. Pre-Kindergarten Three (Pre-K3/PK3) applicants must be at least three years old by September 30th AND be potty trained.

4. The following are hard requirements before we can schedule an interview: applicant's birth certificate, applicant's social security card, a copy of the parent/guardian's government-issued identification (driver's license or ID card), and the applicant's most recent report card (for 1st-grade and up).

CUSTODY NOTICE: It is the responsibility of the custodial parent to furnish the school with a copy of the custody section of the divorce decree. This school abides by the provisions of the Buckley Amendments with respect to the rights of the non-custodial parent. In the absence of a court order to the contrary, the school will provide the non-custodial parent with access to the academic records and to other school-related information regarding the child. If there is a court order specifying that there is to be no information given, it is the responsibility of the custodial parent to provide the school with an official copy of the court order. This also applies to guardianship.
